As a client, it is your responsibility to provide all requested documents in a timely manner, complete and sign all necessary forms, and treat our agents and their time with respect. Additionally, it is important to inform other agents if you are working with our agency while seeking housing on your own. We will suggest you talk with, and we will speak to other related professionals in the industry  for any needed advice or suggestions regarding your move. Keeping in contact with your agent, making all necessary payments, and submitting your Real ID are also crucial steps in the process. Lastly, we kindly ask that you speak positively about our agency and save your agent's contact information for future reference. Please note that failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in declined services with no refunds on fees paid.
