Pet Owner responsibility

At our agency, we understand that pets are an important part of your lifestyle. When it comes to getting approved for a rental property, it is important to provide all necessary documents, certificates, or pictures for your furry best friend. If you have exotic animals, please notify the agency. If renting, please do not have extra pets beyond what is allowed by the landlord or property manager. When moving out, it is important to clean carpets and fix any damage caused by pets to walls, floors, or outside property, when possible. Additionally, you may be required to pay extra security deposit, rent, or fees as needed by the landlord or property manager. you own your home, the rules may be different, and we suggest speaking with your homeowner or condo association. Please note that not all landlords allow pets, and some may limit the number of pets, breed, and weight. Ultimately, it is the landlord's choice on a pet policy within legal limits of service animals and ESA animals.
