Step #1 Complete Real ID
We know that you take your privacy, and safety seriously. That's why we require a three step Real ID from each applicant and those in the industry that will be working closely with you. This lets us know that you are you and not someone pretending to be you.
Real ID is our agency and team members' loyalty, guarantee, and promise to serve you with the utmost professionalism, and privacy.
Sellers and Landlord must also complete a Real ID.

Step #2 Submit A Request To View
We understand that the process of Rent Your Own can be complex and time-consuming. That's why we've made it easy to submit a request to view online. This agency uses the same fair form for everyone, which includes pre-qualifcation questions. Each questions and answer is need to gauge how much home you can afford.
By submitting a request to view, you'll also provide us with an outline of your availability which helps connect you with each professional along the way of your journey. Keep in mind that each professional along the way will have their own forms that are also required.

Step #3 Name Your Price Deposit
I am committed to making the Rent Your Own process as easy as one, two, three, four. That's why we offer Name Your Price Deposit.
With Name Your Price Deposit, you can choose the amount that works best for you, while still paying the required $500 retainer in full within 21 days. This means that you can take the first step without breaking the bank.
Our application fees start at just $55, which allows you to have your documents reviewed and get started on the process without making a full commitment for your entire family.
